Existing Building Operations & Maintenance (EBOM) requires owner commitment to implement on-going management plans and operational procedures.  Our goal is to identify the building’s potential, identifying gaps, and creating an implementation road map for achieving certification.  Our specialist focus on guiding you successfully through the process while providing on-going tracking templates and teaching your operations personnel about the process.
